Refund policy

We hope that you really enjoy our jewelry pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied we offer exchanges or a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items under "SALE" collection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Within 30 days from delivery date, if you would like to return or exchange an item please email customerservice@valandtinasiabella.net with your order number and specify whether you want to exchange or receive a full refund for your purchase. If you wish to exchange, please indicate the reason why and item or size you would like instead.

Within 48 hours our team will reply to you with a postage-paid return label. Return the item(s) in the original packaging and ship back to us.

After receiving the item, if we determine that it qualifies for the refund or exchange, we will process your request.

If refunded a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to post to your account. Timing will vary depending on your credit card company's processing time.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
